Fanciwin Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights and Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and Fanciwin ("Fanciwin", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Fanciwin platform, including all games, services, promotions, and features available at fanciwin.vip. 3 Deposits and Withdrawals

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may be subject to additional verification.

5 Gameplay and Fair Use

All games on the Fanciwin platform are provided by verified third-party game providers and operate on certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Fanciwin does not control or influence game outcomes. The following rules apply to all gameplay on the Fanciwin platform:

• Game results are final once confirmed by the game system. Fanciwin will not reverse game outcomes except in cases of verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be voided and any wager placed during that round will be returned to your account balance.

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the Fanciwin platform or its games.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

Fanciwin reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• At the player's own request.

If your account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed for any other reason, your remaining real money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 10 business days.

You may close your Fanciwin account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will still be processed to your registered payment account.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fanciwin's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Fanciwin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Fanciwin platform.

Fanciwin does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. Fanciwin will make reasonable efforts to notify players of scheduled downtime in advance.

10 Changes to These Terms

Fanciwin reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where the changes are material, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Fanciwin platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
